"Cannot recommend Cecure highly enough! When our medium sized home builder went into liquidation in January 2023 it was a scary and uncertain time for our family as we struggled with the genuine possibility that we may have to sell our dream home mid way through the build. Our previous builder had left our home damaged, not compliant with building standards and completely littered with rubbish. We attempted to engage multiple builders to quote on completing our home but many were not interested or did not give us the confidence that they could complete our home to a high standard.
We were put into contact with Cecure and spoke to their head of insurance Androo who showed genuine sincerity and an actual want to help families who from no fault of their own are stuck and unsure how to progress. Androo and sales manager Scott were incredible at finding a price point that we could work with without sacrificing in any way the quality of our build. With our home finally recommencing work it was incredible to see the care, diligence and workmanship of the trades that Cecure engage to work on their projects. We were provided timely weekly updates with photographs by Perri who was absolutely amazing.
Our site supervisors Aaron and Trent were experienced and hardworking and we cannot thank them enough for the timely management of trades, their work on site and their compassion and care with our home. Our home was handed over to us in December 2023 just in time for our twins to enjoy their first Christmas with us as a family and our home is perfect.

"Cecure completed our house when our previous builder, Porter Davis, went into liquidation in March 2023.
Our experience with Cecure has been very positive, and we would happily recommend them to anyone going through the DBI process. Our house was at the PCI stage when Porter Davis went into liquidation. The completion of works mainly involved painting, some electrical and plumbing, installation of appliances and rectifying a couple of defects.
All work was completed to a high standard, with the quality matching the standard set by Porter Davis. Many of the suppliers used had also worked on Porter Davis jobs, which also provided us with confidence that the work would be done properly. Communication was mostly good throughout this process, though some chase up was required to ensure work was completed on time.
Our finished house looks fabulous, and we were very happy Cecure could finish this work and were able to get us into our place as quickly as they did."

"My wife and I started building our new home 12 months ago with Rawdon Hill. Estimated finishing time, July 2023. But, on May 25, 2023 Rawdon Hill went into Liquidation. This devastated news is not the sort of news my wife and I wanted to hear, specially when our home was 2/3rd completed. My wife is also suffering Lung Cancer.
On hearing that our builder had gone under, my wife’s health suffered. She was sure now she would never live long enough to see her house completed. The biggest problem now facing us was, “Who was going to complete our house”?? After a few political moves on our part and putting pressure on the “Domestic Builders Insurance” we were able to secure the insurance agreement and able to secure a builder that they fully recommended to complete our home. This builder was “Cecure”, a part of the Mazzei Group. This turned out to be the best blessing in disguise that could ever happen to us in our hour of need. With no hesitation, Cecure came on board and stated that they would be more than happy to complete our home to a stranded that we would be very proud of. Also stating that they would have us in our new home by Christmas. On hearing the good news, my wife cried with happiness. Her outlook in life changed from the better from that moment onwards.
True to their word “Cecure” stuck to their guns. Not only did we get a fantastic looking and completed home. But also (as promised) in by Christmas. The quality of their workmanship was far superior to those of other home builders. Their supportive staff were fantastic as well, keeping us fully informed of their progress.
But the person we really needed to thank, for this to truly happen was our job Supervisor, “Dean”. He was professional in his work ethics, supportive towards us and our needs. No problem was too big or too small. A truly all-round good guy to have as a supervisor. My wife and I have now built 4 homes over the years. And in that time, we have had 5 supervisors. I can truly say, with Dean’s work ethics and knowledge he is vast superior than others before him and would have walked all over them hands down as a supervisor. A person I would not hesitate to call “A friend”. Thanks Dean, job well done mate. With this great combination I would not hesitate to FULLY recommend “Cecure” to complete or build a home of your dreams. My wife thanks you all and I thank you all for coming in our hour of need and finishing of our now beautiful home."
